Howtodo Lookups via a ListBox in Formview

Before I waste hours looking for a solution can anyone point me to an
article or have sample code for the following.

I have a table which has two foreign keys. I wish to enter those
foreign keys into my table by using a listbox populated from the
foreign keytable, in the FORMVIEW itself.

ListBox TEXT1 ForeignKeyVal1
TEXT2 ForeignKeyVal2
etc
TEXTn ForeignKeyValn
