Dear all,
May i know is Javascript advisable to used to access database
comparing to DHTML?
The problem I face here is when I load my written Javascript program
locally, it run slow especially when comes to accessing database.
I had done a search database program in javascript, and when I click
the search button, the page will refresh and show a message
"Searching.." ....unfortunately, It will not display the page and the
page is like hanging there (this will not be the same if I put alert
command before it start to access to database). Moreover, during
searching, I can;t press the cancel button to cancel the operation.
This will not happen in DHTML.
so may i know why ? and any way to improve?
