Label

I have a table with 3 columns. In column 1 I have a label, in column 2
I have a datagrid. The datagrid can have from 0 to many rows being
displayed depending on the users selection and the row height changes
with the grid. How do I anchor the label to stay in the upper left hand
corner of column 1?
