Maximise Internet Explorer window when debugging

When debugging an ASP.NET program, I keep having to maximise the Internet
Explorer window to full screen (to check that the grid based controls layout
okay at 1024x768 screen resolution).

Is there anyway to configure the size of the debug Internet Explorer window
from within Visual Studio? In FrontPage, you can configure exactly how big
you want the window.
