Any advice appreciated!

You need to download the whole tarball and install it properly,
according to the instructions. Alternatively, you can use CPAN.pm to do
it for you; or, as you are on Win32, use ppm (I would recommedn the
last). The documentation for is included with ActivePerl.

Are you familiar with the Perl Package Manager that comes with
Activestate Perl? If you use PPM to install modules, it will install
them to the correct directory. It will also manage dependencies for you.

Open a command window, go to the Perl\bin directory, and type ppm at the
command prompt.
