Hi all,

I wanted to find out how reliable this technique is for re-directing to
another page?

I see a number of pages which use this but state "You'll be redirected
to page xxx in 10 seconds, if this does not happen, click here".

In which cases wouldn't it happen?

Do most modern browsers support this method of redirection?

Unreliable and wrong in most cases.

Use standard redirects: don't break the back button!

Do most modern browsers support this method of redirection?

Some allow to disable it.
