Microsoft .NET Framework Software Development Kit 2.0 - problem

When I run the Microsoft .NET Framework Software Development Kit 2.0 -
Quickstart setup - configsamples.exe - it fails - and the log says - IIS is
not installed. But it is. At least IIS 5.1 is installed an running.
Anybody have any clues?
