Hi all,
I am working on a website and I am having problems:

I am working on a navigation bar and a header for this website.
The problem I am having is when you scale the browser to a width of less than 200 pixels, the header begins to disappear and the links on the navigation bar begin to tile up vertically.
I want both the header and the navigation bar to stay as is though.
Does anyone know know a way to fix this issue? please help!
