For the first time ever I'm starting to get spammed ni my email. It is
coming from google.groups.com. Could it have anything to do with posting to
clc ? It then again be my ISP.

Wait the X-mail said yahoo. Could that be where it's coming from? I'm
not quite sure how to rad the header.

No, I don't believe as it seems you never give your email in any
of your your post.

That said, there are many ways to get spammed (too long to enumerate
here), and although this may be the case, it is unlikely that this
is your ISP.
