Porting Code from one machine to another

I have just purchased some new equipment and wish to have some easy method
to move my local web development from one machine to the other. Is there
some way to easily accomplish this? I am using XP Pro with a local copy of
IIS.

Any links or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
