Process.Start problem

For some reason this code works in my IDE but doesn't work when run
under IIS 6.0 (and doesn't throw an exception either) ... probably a
permission problem, definitely the kiss of death. Anyone have an
idea?

Process proc = new Process();
proc.StartInfo.FileName = "scripts/ip/ip.cmd";
proc.Start();
