Processing server side scripts using Response.WriteFile.

I am writinging a HTML file into a aspx page using Response.WriteFile. This
is used in many pages since it was ported from ASP to ASP.NET. Is there an
easy way (minimum cahnges) of processing server side scripts in the include
file using Response.Writefile.
