safari on desktop

I just downloaded safari on my desktop, but not able to open java
appl. can any one help me with that

I can help right after you help me understand what safari and a java app
have to do with javascript. Hint: nothing.

It is no wonder that the popularity of this newsgroup continues it's
decline. It doesn't look like we will hit 2000 posts this month.
