save checkbox value in javascript object/cookie

I wanna to create a table and each cell contain a checkbox.
each page display max record is 3, is more than 3, then switch to other page.

the question is how can i store the value in page 1 when the user go to page 2.
Once the user click back to page 1, i can retrieve the relative value to checkbox.

I wanna to store the value using javascript.
