System.net.Dnpermission error

Hello,

I have hosted windows control on a web page. From the control I am
making TCP connection to the remote PC. It works well when I run on
local machine but gives error when run on remote PC as System.net.dns
permission failed (security permission error). Please tell me how to
solve this problem?
