Tabstrip and position and formatting multipage pageview

Hi,

I have a standard tabstrip, but the position and formatting of the
multipage pageview is new to me. (I am an old fashioned VB6 programmer)

Please help me. How can I position the pages (selected with the tabs)
directly under the menu bar and give it a certain position.
