Textbox Button PostBack

I have a form with a textbox (AutoPostBack=True) and few buttons, one of
them 'Update'. The idea is that when a user moves off a textbox, I want to
be able to save the information just as if a user would click 'Update'
button.

When a user clicks on 'Update' button, TextChanged gets fired, and then
_click for the button, which causes problems. Is there a way to deal with
that situation on a client or in codebehind?
