The compiler failed with error code 2000

Hi,

I am working in a Visual Studio.Net solution that contains two projects. One
is a ASP .Net web application and the other is a Serviced Component class
library that is installed in Component services, the classlibrary is
referenced in the web application from the "projects tab" in the add
reference dialog box.

When I try to debug the web application, I randomly get the error mesage
"The compiler failed with error code 2000". Has anyone seen this before and
can advice what may be causing this ?
