UpdatePanel with ThirdParty controls

Hi,
We are using Obout (third Party) Grids and Tabstrip in a page and also
use UpdatePanel . But the updatePanel does not seems to work and there is
page refresh for every post back. I tried with the Obout support team, but
did not get any response. Is there any issue already reported similar and
how to sort this out ?

Framework : 3.5, code-behine c#.
