No.  Many usenet newgroups (including this one)
do not accept 'attachments'.

Some spammer was asking for it, but I guess
their bot already has it.

In any case, rather than emailing it to people,
you might simply put the codes up at a file site
like <[URL]http://www.esnips.com/HomeAction.ns[/URL]>.

There are many more, but I just found that one last
week when I went on a quick search.

Is it sandboxed?  If running as an 'average'
desktop app., the answer will be 'no'.

I would be willing to look at it so long as
1) It can be set up to be run sandboxed.
2) The source is available.
