How can I make the server controls within a web user control available
to the Web Form I insert them in? It seems the 'Protected WithEvents'
command that is inserted by default for the handle is the problem.
When I remove this and change 'Protected WithEvents' to the keyword
'Public' I am able to access the controls however, the page compiles
with errors.
