wscompile versus wsdl2java

I

Hi all,

Lately I've no longer been able to ignore WSDL - everybody wants it
even though its not really required. My last project standardized on
wscompile (jwsdp 1.5) with EJB, and JBoss which internally uses Axis.
Horrible hand editing of wsdl required, and creating an ant task for
wscompile required brute force - it lost tools.jar etc. In general, The
JWSDP community seems small beyond 'hello world' - the
(e-mail address removed) list gets little traffic. Axis seems to be
more vibrant.

Anyone familair with both tools? I guess I have wscompile down pat, but
its a JWSDP thing and we'll be using Axis/Tomcat. I'd like to hear if
wsdl2java has worked better for people.
