XML in HTML

Hello.
I have a xml-file which I can´t change.
Now I want to include this file into my html-file. (I have a proper xsl-file). With php is this no problem, but I can´t use php on my server. Can someone help me? Is something with javascript possible?

If this XML file "can't change", does that mean that it's supplied externally ? How about using a simple script (Perl or something) and running the XSL process once when you _upload_ the HTML file, not when you serve it ? You could do this on your desktop machine, not your server.
