a button to download an image

I'd like creating a button to download an image file because I can't use dx
taste of mouse.
Can anyone help me? I tried
with:
<input name="scarica" type="button" lang="it" value="Scarica immagine"
onClick="">
..but i don't know what I can write in OnClick event
