accessing control values during callback

Hi,

I am using MS AJAX Update Panel to do the callbacks. I have a
radiobuttonlist which does the callback and refreshes the data on the grid.
However when the radiobuttonlist is doing the callback, on the server side
when I try to get the selected value it is not getting the new value. It is
still holding the old value. How could I get the new selected value? when I
searched in the web they have mentioned I have to manually call
WebForm_InitCallback() before callback. Since the UpdatePanel and the
ScriptManager are automatically adding the necessary javascript functions to
do the callbacks I am not knowing where I need to call the function
WebForm_InitCallback. Please let me know if you have any ideas.
