Has anyone done this? I was playing around with some code and had it
working at one point, but the latest update to Ruby 1.8.4 broke
something and it no longer works.
How come this was never officially added to Net::SMTP? The stuff I
found was dated 2003 and I recall a response to the original posting of
the patch that said it would be incorporated....
If anyone has a current patch to the existing Ruby code-base that
allows me to connect to a SMTP server using SSL, please put it up here.
