[ANN] Unimal 2.1 release

Unimal 2.1 is a language-independent preprocessor with some unique
features. The new version adds usability and functionality improvements
based on several years of use of previous versions in critical build
processes.
It is accompanied by an addition to Application Notes which illustrate
how complex build-time preprocessing can improve efficiency,
maintainability and footprint of the code.
