Does anyone use Ant to build C++ projects?
How does it rate against Make systems?

This is OT for this NG.

I have not used Ant.

I have used MakeXS (shameless plug) which is based on GNU make and cmake.

I still don't like any of them (including Ant).

MakeXS is too slow for really large projects and I intend to see that
fixed with a background daemon.
