ASP.NET 2.0 beta2 => Cause Hang in accessing Internet.

Hi,

Is any body experiencing the same problem as below scenario?

Environment :
Windows 20003 Server
ASP.NET Beta 2

STEP to reproduce:
1. Create a link on aspx page to any zip file on the server so user able to
download.
<a href="testDownload.zip"> test</a>
2. Click the link, (Some time it is able to download, some time download
just hang)
3. After doing this two step above, you will not able to do browse internet
or ping any internet site
The only way is to restart the windows.

However, after restart try to do the same thing, it will cause internet
connection to hang again.
