How to install cpan module http://search.cpan.org/dist/Template-Toolkit/ to
Perl installed on WinXP?
Try to read 50 page on www.google.com, but I don't found anything useful.

On the linked page you provided, there was a file entitled "INSTALL". After
reading a portion of the file, it states:
