I am using a Repeater control and I know that the ItemTemplate can be
databound but the HeaderTemplate cannot. I want to render a Header once with
meaningful data then display all the child items. Since I am fairly new to
Asp.net, what is the best approach to take?
For simplicity, say I wanted to show Car Makers and all the cars they build
I would want show the page like this:
Ford
F350
Mustang
Escort
Chevy
Camaro
Tahoe
Suburban
However, if I am returning a dataset from my data base I cannot bind my
headertemplate to CarMaker. What is a work around to my solution?
Thanks,
