Can I create a channel to two different destinations

Hi,

I am just starting to look at NIO and I have a small question. I have
two processes communicating via a socket connection. I would like to
see all of the data going down through that connection but I want to
limit the impact on latency.

My thought was to put a process in between the two existing processes
which firstly passes the data onto the original destination and at the
same time passes a copy of the data to another process. What would be
the most efficent way of doing this?
