Can I know object's memory size?

Hello.

Could I know size of memory taken by specific object in .Net ?
For example I wish to know how many memory were allocated for Session and
Cache objects in Asp.Net application (or course I interested not only in
total size of Session or Cache but if possible - I wish to know size of each
object in Session and Cache).
