Class-inheritance icon

I have been going over my Java glossary website, looking for the
ugliest icons and replacing them. One that I would like to replace is
the one I use to represent class inheritance.

I came up with one showing three nested ellipses, then suddenly it
stared back at me -- a glaring eyeball in weird colours. Oops.

I tried again with two nested ellipses. This looked like a boiled egg.

I currently have one that looks like a fat three-legged chicken.

Any ideas?

I have commissioned a professional Swing icon, -- a tire swing which
will be public domain.

How about UML 2.0 -- an open equilateral or isosceles triangle.
