CodeMagic?

Never having done Perl before I was given a Perl project. I have years
experience with pre-net VB and some C. Anyway, I went looking for a Perl
IDE. There are many posts here about IDE's. Since they are a year or two old
I'd like to know what's current. I looked for CodeMagic to download but
links to it are no longer any good. Is that still a good IDE? Please advise
what would be a good IDE given my background and using Win2000. Free and
purchase suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Sigh.

perldoc -q "Is there an IDE or Windows Perl Editor?"
at the command line will answer this question.

Plus, you could have used Google to search for this question.
