TASCET provides a service that protects the privacy of individuals and
prevents identity fraud. TASCET services are used by financial
institutions, healthcare providers, educational institutions and state
agencies to identify applicants, customers, patients, employees,
students and others. TASCET prevents customers from issuing credentials
or providing services to individuals who are using a fraudulent multiple
or alias identity.

We are currently looking for creative Java/J2EE engineer/designers that
like to design and build challenging applications and services in an
early stage environment with high growth potential. Need high level
creativity, design and coding ability in a fast paced environment. You
will help our company, TASCET Identity Network design and develop a new
generation of identity applications with advanced technologies.

Qualifications:

- 5+ Years professional Java and Web Development Experiences.
- BS degree or higher in computer science, electrical engineering or
related field.

Required skills:

- Strong SOA, OO development background.
- Strong knowledge of Java solutions and distributed application
architectures.
- Ability to achieve deadlines and to set and achieve goals.
- Java, J2EE and related technology - JSP, JavaScript, SQL, JDBC, JMS,
XML, XHTML, HTML and CSS.
- Web and Web service Framework (Spring, Struts, Axis2).
- Web Server experience with JBoss, GlassFish, Tomcat, AXIS2 or other
application server.
- SQL Database - MySQL, Oracle, DB2.
- Experience with Eclipse, Netbean or other similar IDEs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including code
documentation.
- Experience developing server solutions and applications in Linux and
Window environments.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Desirable skills:

- Biometric identification (fingerprint, facial, iris recognition)
background.
- Identity Management experience.
- Data security such as encryption, PKI, code security and privacy
experience.
- HA or Fault Tolerance system design/implementation.
- C#, C++, .Net frameworks or ActiveX.

Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States of America
without sponsorship.
Candidates from the Madison, WI area preferred, regional candidates
considered based upon skills and experience.
