Crystal Reports to SQL Server

Hello. I'm trying to get a Crystal Report on an asp.net 2005 to display
data from a SQL 2000 db via Windows Basic Authentication and am getting an
'Untitled Page' which displays 'The report you requested requires further
information.' asking for Server name, Database name, User name, Password and
Use Integrated Security checkbox. I click on the Use Integrated Security
checkbox and click the Log On button and it just returns this same 'Untitled
Page' with the same logon info fields as if it didn't do anything and is not
brining up my Crystal Reports page. Does anyone know how I can display my
asp.net crystal reports data via Windows Basic Authentication? Any info
would be appreciative.
