CSS design question...

I have a site designed with tables,
http://ecritters.biz/ecnewsecsite/index.php. I really want to move it
over to a CSS-based design.

How would I get the menu end image (menubottom.gif) without a <img> tag,
since it's more of a layout issue? I could do this if I could creare
two backgrounds, but CSS doesn't have that feature.

I get a 404.

Usually you can use another nearby element, or just use an extra <div>. Or
put a background at the top of the element directly below your menu. We
could advise you better if we could see the page in question...
