cyclic prob with gem_origina_require

I'd like to cure a cyclic prob with gem_origina_require, i get a prob
with gem each time i upgrade Ruby and/or rubygems.

Here is my setup :

Mac OS X 10.4.8
ruby 1.8.5 (2006-08-25) [powerpc-darwin8.8.0]
gem --version == 0.9.0

ruby and gem being installed under DarwinPorts.

here is the error message i get :
