disjointed rollover tutorials?

I have never done dijointed rollovers, but think that perhaps that would be
the solution to fixing this mess of a page:

Those logos are all different sizes and shapes, so I'm thinking that having
some simple text links which, when moused over, will display the logos one
at a time.

Anyway, does anyone know of a simple tutorial for this? Hand code is fine,
and anything using DW MX (not 2004) is fine, as well. I looked in DW's F1
doc, but couldn't find anything.

I also googled, and found

me. Mousing over the text links didn't do anything at all.
