DllRegisterServer is failing in WebForm

Dear All,
My webForm calls DllRegisterServer function of TreeView_Pro.dll...
But this does not seem to work...it still gives me COM Exception..
<System.Runtime.InteropServices.DllImport("TreeView_Pro.dll")> _
Public Shared Function DllRegisterServer() As Long
End Function

Am I doing something wrong here...
