I'm using the DTPicker control in my aspx page, (eg.
<OBJECT id="dStart" style="Z-INDEX: 139; ...." codeBase="MSCOMCT2.CAB" classid="clsid:20DD1B9E-87C4-11D1-8BE3-0000F8754DA1" VIEWASTEXT
Everything works great except the control is not using the Windows XP Theme version. I've read about creating a manifest and placing it in the same folder as an .exe but how do I do this for ASP.NET (aspx) page
