Dynamic Webpages

Hello Group,
I have been trying to read books about ASP.NET/VB.NET. Cant
really figure out a good way to design neat web pages using VS.NET. I would
appreciate if anyone can give me some pointers wherein I can get to learn
step by step creation of web pages using VS.NET. I am a beginner in .NET.
