dynamically change datagrid bound values

Need to know how to modify the <asp:BoundColumn/> to
N/A when the datafield value comes in as negative
quantity and color it different on the ASP.Net DataGrid,
help pl. thanks

Do it in the DataGrid Render event or ItemDataBound
Check the value and if it is negative then turn the text porperty to red
etc..
