Exceptions

    Hi everyone
    :)
    I have a question whivh come to my mind resently since I deal wit
    Scanner class. I always write throw
    IOException before reading an something from
    file.However , I do not know why I write it. I made some researche
    about it but it is not clear enough. If anyone enlighten me, I wil
    be happy
