Forgot password code!

When I click Forgot assword I get "http://wwww.srtcmembers-beta.com/#". How can I make the link workon my login page?

All I can say is your code is fine - it works. Something is diverting your link. Look at 'reset-password.htm' and see if that's calling another page. Change the destination of your anchor and see if it goes there.
