Full height of scrollable controls?

How do I calculate the full size of scrollable controls, I would need to
resize them to original size, so that I would lose the scrollbars. Child
controls will be shown with no scrollbars top docked, only the parent
container will be able to scroll the content. Does .NET have any container
controls that would resize the child controls, similar to ListView or Panel
child item placement?
