graphing with annotations

Hi

Are there any perl modules or interfaces that allow arbitrary
annotations and timestamping of line graphs like the google API's
do?

I have tried the gnuplot interface, Chart::Clicker and SVG::Graph so far and
cannot find this functionality.

Any suggestions where I can find the most modern functionality in perl graphing?
