You're going to have to give some more information than this.

What do you mean by routing all incoming requests? Do you want all
requests to an IP address to go to a specific webpage?

Firewall rules?

I want to route all incoming request to asp.net so that the asp.net
rewrite http module can works even when the request has no extension,
i.e. http://yoursite/products/beverages

It's works now, I add .* in the IIS application mapping, and a key to
note, uncheck the "check that file exists".

You need to map .* to the aspnet_isapi.dll in IIS. Do a google for that.
