How to use Output pin as a input

Hi..
Any body know, how can i use Output pin as a input..

For example..

In my application, i am using freq divider from 24 Mhz to 434 Khz..Here 24 Mhz is input and 434 Khz is Output..

Now i want to use this 434 Khz output pin as a input for my rest work..How can i use it ??

Is is possible or not ??
